Meet Andi, a world-class chatbot developed to serve over 100 million AT&T customers with seamless, intelligent support. The project aimed to design a strategically branded persona that embodies the AT&T voice, elevating the virtual assistant experience through thoughtful UX and conversational design. With a clear focus on driving self-service adoption and achieving call shed objectives, Andi was built to deliver efficient, humanized interactions at scale.
